We plan to start by working with worksheets covering topics such as sales, problem-solving, troubleshooting, telephoning, explaining information, negotiating, etc. The participants would like to discuss their weekly work problems in English, covering a wide range of work environments and topics. Afterwards, they would like to practice together to improve their language skills (vocabulary, grammar and speaking skills) in these situations. |
